Gachiakuta (ガチアクタ?) est un shōnen manga écrit et dessiné par Kei Urana. Il est prépublié au Japon dans le Weekly Shōnen Magazine depuis le 16 février 2022, puis publié en volumes reliés par l’éditeur japonais Kōdansha. Une version française éditée par Pika Édition est annoncée pour juin 2023.

A gate appears in Tokyo’s Ginza district sometime in the 21st century. From the gate pours out monsters, knights from middle-age Europe, and other fantasy-like beings, and they kill many of the citizens of Tokyo. This event is known as the Ginza Incident.
The government sends a small group of soldiers from the Japanese Self-Defense Forces to the alternate world beyond the gate. Led by otaku soldier Yoji, they find that the villages in the world are being attacked by a dragon. An elf girl who is a survivor from the dragon’s rampage joins the group in their travels across the dangerous new world.

Monsters? They’re real, and they want to date us! Three years ago, the world learned that harpies, centaurs, catgirls, and all manners of fabulous creatures are not merely fiction; they are flesh and blood?not to mention scale, feather, horn, and fang. Thanks to the “Cultural Exchange Between Species Act,“ these once-mythical creatures have assimilated into society, or at least, they’re trying.
When a hapless human teenager named Kurusu Kimihito is inducted as a “volunteer“ into the government exchange program, his world is turned upside down. A snake-like lamia named Miia comes to live with him, and it is Kurusu’s job to take care of her and make sure she integrates into his everyday life. The story begins with Yggdrasil, a popular online game which is quietly shut down on its last day. Our protagonist Momonga decided to stay until the last moment in his beloved game and wait for the force logout. Unexpectedly, the server did not shut down and Momonga is stuck in his skeleton body and got transferred to another world. “The powerful Overlord“ needs now to discover a new world and face the continuous challenges.
Having no parents, friends, or place in society, this ordinary man strives to take over the new world the game has become.

Naofumi Iwatani, an uncharismatic Otaku who spends his days on games and manga, suddenly finds himself summoned to a parallel universe where he is one of four legendary heroes tasked with saving a fantasy world from its prophesied destruction.
But all is not as it seems as Naofumi is quickly betrayed and framed for a crime he did not commit. With an entire kingdom against him and nowhere to run, Naofumi must rise to become the legendary Shield Hero and save the world!

It is the near future. After a young man woke up from a deep sleep for his sclerosis, the world completely changed.
